How Does This System Work?

• This system is integrated with Quickbooks and can also be integrated with other accounting systems. The system reads the invoice due dates.
• You create customized collections campaigns suited to your business that includes all forms of communication: letters, emails, faxes and phone calls. You can create as many campaigns as you would like so that you can assign different styles of campaigns to different customers.
• The communications are triggered based on the due dates of your invoices. You determine the communications to send on the number of days past due.
• Mail merge fields such as company and contact name are available to include in faxes, emails and letters.
• This is an engine that will continue to run. The campaigns will dynamically adjust based on whether payment has been received or whether invoices are still outstanding.
• Your employees that are involved in collections efforts now have a defined and active daily schedule. They know exactly what they need to accomplish at the beginning of every day. And they don’t have to think about or create this schedule – it is automatically created by the Automated Collections Management Engine!
